Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for prospecting and booking group business (all segments)
  • Respond to telephone inquiries or requests for group business in the defined timeline.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics and action plans for existing and new account to achieve and exceed sales target.
  • Maximize sales revenue by upselling of food and beverage options.
  • Convert new accounts into loyal accounts and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, site visits and client entertainment.
  • Analyze and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition.
  • Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings.
  • Monitor, collect and analyze data and communication all information to senior management team.
  • Work with kitchen and service team to provide an exceptional guest service and memorable experience.
  • Prepare sales budget to execute sales strategies.
  • Other duties assigned by General Manager

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5year experience of a similar position in hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and find new business: prospecting, networking, site inspections and sales calls
  • Knowledge of food & beverage and guest relation
  • Planning, communication, problem solving, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to set example for and maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work well with other colleagues as part of the team.
  • Pleasant, dynamic, proactive, and sale-oriented, and guest-oriented.
  • Excellent communication in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
