Position: Sales Key Account – 02 Positions base in Phnom Penh & Siem Reap.


Job Description

+        Develop & Improvement

  • Collect weak point/action items put into to do list
  • New development ideas and outstanding results
  • High responsibility and morality in performing of own duties (cars, sincere and love the company by heart)

+        Create Market and Supporting Distributor

  • Follow up and PO from outlets (Bar, Club, Foreigner Rest…)
  • Open new outlet/new account (Bar, Club, Foreigner Rest…)
  • Taking new customer’s order
  • Pushing depo order stock from company as planned
  • Helping new outlet merchandising and display our products

+        Check Distributor Performance

  • Check capital investment and manpower
  • Follow up depot direct selling
  • Check stock at depot warehouse

+        Service Existing Account

  • Prepare call-plan/call card
  • Visit potential customer (wholesalers/retailer’s outlets)
  • Display our product at nice location (can see at golden location)
  • Take re-order/pushing depo to releasing stock
  • Fifo Stocks

+        Monitoring market/monitoring competitor/reporting

  • Gathering current marketplace information on pricing, competitor sales volume, new variety of competitor, new product launching merchandising
  • Submitting activity and results all reports, such as daily call reposts, weekly work plans, monthly working results…etc.
  • Evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Daily closing stock report.

+        Solving customer complaints

  • Investigate problems (collecting customer objection)
  • Developing solutions (preparing answers)
  • Keep history (preparing customer complaints report)
  • Making recommendation to management

+       Developing Sales

  • Train depo salesman’s show how to be a good sales person
  • 5 minutes meeting with depo and salesman depo every morning
  • Deliver product talks to depo, wholesaler, retailer and drinker
  • Selling skill training and re-fresh

+        To perform and duties as require by the Company
